Kyle Mansell and his Jimny

Kyle Mansell has caught the bug, the Jimny bug. "The Truck" as Kyle calls his Suzuki Jimny is his work horse. It has taken a lead role in his life with many of his hobbies and memories centred around 4WD, camping and road trips in his Jimny. We took a few moments to chat with Kyle about his Jimny. 

Tell us a little bit about yourself?

I’m a 26 year old smoke alarm technician living in Rotorua. 

Why did you choose Suzuki over other brands?

I chose to go with Suzuki for the build quality. They're built tough.

What do you love about your Suzuki?

I love my Suzuki because it goes anywhere I want it to, through forests, town and mountains. It’s my work horse. 

How would you describe your Suzuki to a friend?

Suzuki is the best platform to customize. Everybody loves a Suzuki, which means whatever you can imagine, you can build it.

Why was your Suzuki Jimny the right fit?

It was the right fit for me because it's affordable, reliable and such a fun car to drive!

How has owning your Suzuki Jimny made a difference in your life?

My Suzuki is my hobby. I am in to 4WDing, camping, and road trips. It's opened so many doors, and I have so many memories, and have made so many good mates.

Have you got a nickname for your Suzuki?

I call my Jimny "The Truck" because it’s my do it all truck.

What will you be doing/where will you be going when you next pick up your car keys?

I’ll be going with mates to go 4WDing in the bush.

What's some advice you would give to someone looking to buy a car?

If you want a small, reliable car that is built to last take a good look into Suzuki.
