I am retired and live on the Kapiti Coast.  I live on a rural property which my wife and I are in the process of developing. ### Is this your first new car? We purchased our Jimny during the lockdown and it was our first brand new car.  We had always bought cheap second hand cars previously.  But after a test drive in the Jimny we decided that we really liked it, so we bought one! ### Why did you choose Suzuki over other brands? I have owned Suzuki motorcycles in the past and found them to be well engineered and reliable and have admired all their vehicles.  There is no other new car for sale in New Zealand in this price range that can compare with the Jimny. ### What do you love about your Suzuki? I love driving it and the feeling that it gives you while doing that.  It does everything well and is a very capable 4WD vehicle.  It is easy to park and great for city driving where its small dimensions lend itself well.  Yet it is also comfortable on a longer trip.  I love cleaning it because it is a small vehicle and does not take long to perform this task.  I just love looking at it! ### How would you describe your Suzuki to a friend? The Jimny was the right fit for us because it is economical.  As our children are grown up we no longer need a larger vehicle.  We loved the look of it and my wife particularly liked the excellent outward visibility through the big windows.  The Jimny makes a fantastic vehicle to park by the sea and take in the view! ### How has owning your Jimny made a difference in your life? We always know that the car is going to be reliable and safe which gives us great peace of mind. ### How do you use the car day to day? It is our day to day runner.  We use it for all purposes.  When we need more carrying capacity we use our second car which although is larger, is not as much fun to drive. ### What will you be doing when you next pick up your car keys? Off to do the weekly shopping. ### What is some advice you would recommend to someone looking to buy a car?
